There are six total vendor tables available for this event. The sell out number of seats is 75, and I fully expect this to sell out with the lineup offered.
IMPORTANT! To make this the best experience for the attendees, you must be set up by 8:30 am and you will need to stay until 6:30 pm. If you cannot meet this requirement, please do not apply. Thank you for your understanding.
This opportunity is unique because we will have all of the vendors in the conference room, with the attendees. You will get to see all of the speakers. We have a meet n greet at 9:30, a 30 minute break for people to shop, plus an hour and a half for lunch. These will be your prime opportunities for sales.
Readings and healings can be held through a sign up sheet at your table, but would probably be best performed outside of the conference room during speakers. I cannot guarantee a set space for this, but we can probably check the hotel out in advance for ideas on where to perform these.

You will need to bring change for cash transactions or bring your mobile credit card swipe device. You may need to pack in a lunch of you cannot leave your table unattended, or you can go on the main event page and purchase a box lunch only for $10 (the drop down menu under “tickets”.
There is no guarantee for electricity. The tables placed along the back walls (away from the wall enough to pull out your chair) and the outlets will be random along the walls. If you decide to take a chance, please bring an extension cord and removeable gaffer tape so you do not trip on your cord. Duct tape is not allowed. However, let’s talk before committing if you require electricity.
We have the right to refuse any tables that are not in alignment with healing and holistic goods, metaphysicial supplies and gifts, crystals, etc. If you are offering food, it must be pre-packaged (ie. not prepared for the event without a license and approval by the hotel).
There are no refunds for cancellations.
